RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Period
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-returnable Items & Conditions
• Change of mind after 7 days: Returns requested after 7 days from the date of receipt due to a simple change of mind.
• Signs of use or damage: Items that show signs of being worn or used after opening, resulting in a loss of product value (except for opening the package solely to check the item).
• Traces of wear: Items with odors or traces of use, such as perfume, fabric softener, or perspiration.
• Customer-induced damage: Items significantly damaged or altered (e.g., repairs/alterations) due to the customer's responsibility.
• Missing or damaged packaging/tags: Items where the original shoe box, product tags, or labels are damaged or lost, making the product unfit for resale.
• Incomplete components: Items returned without original accessories or components (e.g., buttons, accessories, boxes, labels, etc.).
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to Return
1. Contact us at teurworking@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
2. We will provide you with return instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Send the item to our return address
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent you an incorrect item.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at teurworking@gmail.com
- We will cover return shipping costs
- You will receive a full refund or replacement
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.
